I am an Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Attikon University Hospital), specializing in sarcomas. My research integrates biomarker discovery and early-phase clinical development, focusing on antibody–drug conjugates, radiomics, liquid biopsy, and digital pathology. I have led original research demonstrating NECTIN-4 expression in osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma, forming the foundation of this CDA proposal. My broader contributions include leadership in clinical trials, translational biomarker studies, and systematic reviews of novel therapeutics in sarcoma. Through strong mentorship and international collaborations (EORTC STBSG, Harvard, KU Leuven), I aim to establish Greece as a hub for innovative sarcoma research and early-phase clinical trials.
